Abstract

The article deals with the application of a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions, as well as recommendations of the international community on the use of this ban in the field of fighting crime. The article presents the norms of foreign legislation that can be taken into account in Russia to expand the use of the prohibition of certain actions in this fight.
