Abstract

The article dedicated to the 250th anniversary of the birth of G.V.F. Hegel and the 200th anniversary of his "Philosophy of Law" presents the reports of participants of the conference "Scientific creativity of G.V.F. Hegel and prospects development of modern Philosophy of Law".

The following questions were proposed for discussion by the event organizers: Hegel's philosophical and legal ideas in the history of the teachings of law and the state; Hegel's "Philosophy of Law" and the development of the philosophical and legal tradition in the XIX - early XXI centuries; historical and modern interpretations of Hegel's views; Philosophy of Law: subject, structure, functions, methodology; domestic philosophical and legal heritage and modernity; problems of development of modern philosophical and legal research; problems of teaching philosophical and legal knowledge.

The issues raised in the presentations of the conference participants caused a lively debate. It was decided to continue discussing the topic of continuity in the Philosophy of Law in subsequent creative projects.
