Legal basis of national projects in the Russian Federation

The article examines the legal basis of national projects in the Russian Federation, the relationship of national projects with strategic planning. Special attention is paid to the legal support for the creation and implementation of national projects, as well as to the management of national projects. The analysis of the implementation of national projects and Federal projects (programs) in the subjects of the Russian Federation is carried out.
