Abstract

The article examines the features of using the category of integrity in the regulation and law enforcement practice of state control and supervision bodies. Based on the content analysis of administrative-procedural and program-strategic support for the reform of control and Supervisory activities, a conclusion is made about the specifics of applying the category of integrity in the public legal sphere. The author defines qualitatively new values of the category of conscientiousness when used in order to ensure control and Supervisory activities: conscientiousness as a criterion for differentiating controlled persons; as a tool for additional protection of a controlled person; as a vector of control and Supervisory activities. The author also studies the peculiarities of applying the category of good faith in public law, related to its broad content and differentiation depending on the subject of public legal relations.
