Abstract

In the article, from the standpoint of the General theory of law and the science of Labor Law, the elements of the labor relationship are distinguished: subjects, subjective rights and obligations, an object, and their analysis is given. It is substantiated that as an integral legal phenomenon, that is, as a system, the labor relationship has a kind of its own structure. The article concludes that these elements must be considered from the point of view of a systematic approach, since they form a legal entity called the labor relationship.
