Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the place and role of the system method in the process of studying the legal responsibility of public authorities. The paper provides a detailed analysis of the existing systemic relations of the phenomenon of legal responsibility with the establishment and brief description of each intra-system element. Features of manifestation of positive and negative aspects of legal responsibility and features of their influence on the General system are considered. The important role of moral principles and their possible impact on the effectiveness of legislative and law enforcement activities is established. In conclusion, it is concluded that the use of the system method allows us to move away from the usual study of the species division of legal responsibility by industry and focus on the study of intra-system relationships and their features of formation.
