Abstract

The article considers the possibilities of applying methodological techniques of the communicative concept of law in such a sphere of professional activity of a lawyer as legal expertise of draft legal acts. The author draws attention to the need to review both the theoretical foundations of expert activity and the role of an expert in the course of the examination of draft legal acts. The article suggests the author's method of conducting legal expertise from the standpoint of a communicative approach to law.
