Abstract

Based on the anthropological concept of multilinear neoevolutionism, the article substantiates the feasibility of using materials on synpolitical primitive societies to reconstruct the Genesis of institutions of law and state. Along with the main groups of sources, we consider a set of scientific principles, methods and methodological approaches that have the greatest heuristic potential in the analysis of normative regulation and potestar structures of primeval times. The article shows a stadium correlation between the level of development of social institutions and the level of material culture, economy and technology.
