Abstract

In the article is pointed out the shortcomings of the current state of a person as a member of society, explained the non-constructiveness of the liberal model of building a state as impairing the human right to life, health, safety and personal development, distorting the understanding of human freedom; the possibility and necessity of organizing a state by the type of a large family as the most progressive and taking into account the equal rights of citizens is argued.
