Assistance of legal entities to bodies carrying out operational and investigative activity

The subject of the research is the regularities arising in the process of public assistance of organizations. The paper notes that during the formation of the legal foundations of operational and investigative activities, the legal status was acquired only by the Institute of assistance of individuals. in modern law enforcement practice, there are trends in the use of public assistance of organizations to the subjects of operational and investigative activities, in particular in the identification and disclosure of corruption crimes. In turn, the absence of legal guarantees can lead to adverse consequences for organizations, which becomes a disincentive for assistance. The author's conclusions are confirmed by examples from judicial practice. In conclusion, on the basis of the analysis, proposals are made to improve the legal regulation of public assistance of organizations.
