Abstract

The article reveals new meanings in understanding the sources of Constitutional Law, analyzes the processes of the formation of "soft" Constitutional Law, the relationship between "hard" and "soft" law in the constitutional order of Russia. Special attention is paid to the criteria of "soft" law and its established forms, as well as development prospects.
