On overcoming of the conflict of interests in law enforcement activity of judges

In the article on the basis of international acts, including recommendations, resolutions of international and intergovernmental organizations, legislation of the Russian Federation and practice of bodies of judicial community the regularities connected with the conflict of interests in activity of judges are investigated.
