Abstract

The concept of "justice" plays a significant role not only in the actual legal discourse, but also in the scientific and philosophical reflection of the legal and political sphere of social life in General. Therefore, the search for its definition is an important task not only for legal science. In the jurisprudence of the Russian Federation, definitions of justice on formal legal grounds prevail. The article attempts to define this concept on the basis of its essential characteristics.
