Manifestation of the modern doctrine of law in the activities of the judiciary

The article attempts to establish the formal and substantive specifics of the manifestation of the doctrine of law in the activities of the judiciary; reveals the General theoretical characteristics and features of its historical significance and role as a source of law. Modern practice-oriented properties of the legal doctrine in the context of adoption of law enforcement acts by judicial bodies are revealed, as well as on the basis of content analysis of domestic judicial practice, the main signs of its manifestation are given.

The author analyzes the modern practice of the doctrine of law in international law, international jurisprudence, as well as the importance and role of the doctrine of law in the judicial systems of Great Britain and the United States.
