On the issue of the system of science of Financial Law

The author of the article asks the question: what is the meaning of the division of philosophical and scientific knowledge, including financial and legal, into General and Special parts? The problem of the system of science of Financial Law cannot be properly understood without solving this question. It is especially important for educational and scientific literature, setting out the financial and legal material. The author comes to the conclusion that such a division of financial and legal knowledge is necessary if we want to bring order to educational and scientific knowledge. The meaning of this division cannot be understood without philosophical knowledge.
