Abstract

The State Policy is the necessary tool for implementation of its functions. By means of the main directions of its activity it seeks to stabilize various spheres of public life. Recognizing inherent value of such social institutes as family and marriage, the State tries by the use of definition of the policy in this area of life of society to overcome existing crisis situation, to keep traditional forms, to provide the solution of the demographic challenge and to support continuity between generations. The legal measures promoting strengthening of family and marriage have the key point in realization of the State Family Policy.
