Abstract

In the theoretical aspect there are investigated issues about the place of the institute of ownership in the legal system. Challenged the scientific position on belonging the right of ownership to the Civil Law. There are showed errors of Civil Code of RF on the questions of the right of ownership and mistakes of Civil Law scholars and ecologists on this institute.
