Complementing and developing the theory of Emission Law

The article gives a theoretical substantiation of the concept of Emission Law, outlines the system of Emission Law, characterizes the legal institutions included in it, proves that the emission activity precedes all other types of financial and legal activities.

According to the author, in the future, the Emission Law will act as a system that includes a group of cemented, interconnected by the internal content of legal institutions that provide in the process of managerial influence on cash and non-cash circulation of the desired results for society and the state.
