Abstract

The relevance of the publication of the materials of the "round table" is due to the importance of electoral legal policy in the mechanism of legal regulation in terms of its resource for the development of public relations in matters of the legitimacy of state power at different levels of its implementation. The purpose of the "round table" is to analyze various approaches related to its direct legal support, to promote the search for new ways of its development. The participants of the "round table" in their speeches focused on the features of electoral legal policy, its manifestations, believing that it should be reasonable and thoughtful, meet the demands of the time.
