On the issue of the correlation between the ideology and the law in modern Russia

An attempt was made to comprehend the ideological foundations of Russian society at the beginning of the 21st century. It is emphasized that the ideology of a state gets a comprehensive concretization precisely in the Constitution. It is noted that without existence of a state ideology the institutions of civil society themselves that unite the multinational state mechanism into an integrated system are nonviable. The work formulates the idea that the system of ideological values and the legal institutions based on them should be realistic and understandable to people. The author draws the conclusion that the competent balance between the state ideology and the law will ultimately contribute to the improvement of the mechanism of implementation of basic constitutional regulations.
