Abstract

The article reveals the changes in society that occurred in the digital age, which arose due to digital information and communication technologies. The idea that these changes have influenced the role and place of law, as a significant social institution, in the life of modern society is substantiated. On the one hand, the legislator and law enforcer seek to incorporate new phenomena of the digital era into the existing system of juridical relations. On the other hand, this is objectively requires more accurate and timely adjustment of the flexible mechanism of juridical regulation of relevant relations.
