Abstract

The article analyzes the recent changes in Federal legislation regarding the forms and procedure of the meetings of the deputies of the Federal, regional and local levels. The characteristic of the content of the Decision of the constitutional Court of the Russian Federation from 27 10.11.2017 N-P "on business about check of constitutionality of provisions of the Federal law "On amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation concerning improvement of legislation on public events" in connection with inquiry of group of deputies of the State Duma.
