Anthropological turn in law: for the better or for the worse?

The article deals with the consequences of the “anthropological turn” in law and their analysis. The turn resulted in the law unbiased scale loss. The law is perceived at most as part of individual consciousness today. The proliferation of the individualistic concept of legal thinking, deconstruction, dispersion, superficialis and other virulent postmodernism trends corresponding to the associated modern social sciences prove the fact that law is in the ideological crisis. The author raises the question of inadmissibility of anthropological relativity in constitutional axiology, the construction of a system dealing with compulsory standards of behavior, the principles of interrelation between the individual, the state and the society. The article is devoted to the research of methodological holism and the category “common wealth” to obtain objective knowledge of legal reality.
