Energy security in the system of the market relations

In article is considered the essence of energy security, are shown its basic principles, and also specifics of manifestation in the Russian Federation. In work systemic-functional approach, methods of the analysis, synthesis, generalization and comparison are used. It’s reached on the basis of a combination macro- and megaanalysis of the researched problems, connected with national energy security, ensuring unity of theoretical and empirical levels of generalization of the studied questions. The conclusion is drawn on need of enhancement of the state regulation mechanism of a Russian oil and gas complex taking into account experience of oil-producing countries with the developed market economy in the context of energy security.
