Abstract

The article looks at the economic-mathematical methods and the development of algorithms and computer software for simulation of foreign military-economic activity. Such a research aimed at the analysis of general indicators and obtaining forecasted strategic estimates in the international relations. It was also focused on the detection of the crisis and conflict situations threatening the national security. The author suggests a logic-functional system for analytical-synthetic processing of big data and heterogeneous factual account data, necessary for analyzing military-economic activities of various countries. This system is grounded on such analytical tools as regression and phase analysis of military expenditures, dynamic econometric model reflecting the balance between the levels of national economic and military development.

KeywordsForecasting, global econometric model, econometric simulation, military expenditure, military competition, information systems with Big Data, prognosis of crisis situations.
