Дефиниции с префиксом нарко- и реальные проблемы Западной Африки

Проблема наркотрафика обсуждается в научной литературе уже достаточно давно, она приобрела два измерения: политическое и научно-практическое. Первое раскрывается в статье путем анализа идеологически ориентированных научных исследований, второе – обращением к широкому спектру данных по Западной Африке. Сильная политизированность источников вызывает необходимость особым образом разделить два уровня анализа: общий и контекстный. Поэтому акцент сделан на Центральном Сахеле: этот регион переживает сильные социальные трансформации, и важно установить, какое место в них занимает наркотрафик. В Западной Африке транспортировка кокаина и гашиша имеет мало общего с распространенными клише. Наркотрафик опирается на глубоко укоренные в социальной ткани родственные сети, занимавшиеся и ранее контрабандой. Реификация понятий политизированного типа (наркотерроризм, наркогосударство и др.) используется в идеологических целях.
