In recent decades, all over the world, including on the African continent, there has been an unprecedented increase in the activity of women in the economy, social and political life, in the fields of culture, art, science and education. The international cooperation of representatives of state authorities and activists of women's organizations is being strengthened and expanded, a vivid example of which was the III Eurasian Women's Forum held in St. Petersburg on October 13-15, 2021, which brought together representatives from 110 countries and 20 international organizations.

More than 90 events were held in the business part of the forum: sessions, discussion clubs, business dialogues, business meetings, during which topical issues related not only to the place and role of women in solving global problems of our time, but also problems affecting the life, health, well-being and progressive development of each individual and the world community as a whole were discussed.
