Abstract

The paper examines the negative impact of the Libyan crisis on European and African countries. It is noted that the main problem facing the EU is the illegal migration of Africans, which does not decrease even with the implementation of joint missions and programs. Programs within the EU have practically not brought a positive result, since the flows of illegal migrants have practically not decreased, since African refugees began to go around their usual routes. The most positive steps were taken by Rome to establish contacts with tribal sheikhs in southern Libya, who in exchange for money agreed to impede migration flows. However, this idea stopped working after Italy stopped payments to the cities of Fezzan.

In turn, chaos in Libya plays out in different ways on its neighbors, especially, has a strong impact on their national security. Egypt was forced to rely on the Libyan National Army and help it with all possible efforts. This is due to the fact that he fears the spread of the ideology of the Muslim Brotherhood, who hold power in Tripoli. Algeria has taken a neutral position and wants to participate exclusively on the diplomatic track. At the same time, the Libyan conflict split the political parties in Tunisia, since Al-Nahda decided to help the Government of National Accord, and the secular forces want to maintain neutrality. Chad and Niger found themselves in a difficult situation, since the state controls only the capital and major cities.
