Сингапур: государственная поддержка малого и среднего предпринимательства

В статье проанализированы особенности государственной финансовой поддержки инновационной деятель- ности субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства (МСП) Сингапура на современном этапе. Дан сравнительный анализ эффективности ключевых государственных институтов, программ и форм финансовой поддержки. Предложены направления возможного использования опыта Сингапура для совершенствования системы государственной поддержки малого и среднего бизнеса в России.
