Abstract

The paper proposes six surface-syntactic relations [SSyntRels] for the syntactic description of the Russian N→NGEN phrase; they are discussed in detail and illustrated. Three criteria for distinguishing SSyntRel types (C1–3) are presented. The problem of pronominalization of adnominal genitives is considered.
