Ilya M. Geitzman and his project for Czechoslovakia (1920)

In present article, documents of the former Anarchist and the Foreign Affairs Commissariat’s official Ilya M. Geitzman related to the policy of Russian SFSR in the Czechoslovak republic are investigated. Geitzman considered Czechoslovakia as the most suitable state for the Soviet foreign policy. He prepared certain recommendations for the People’s Commissariat of Foreign Affairs, Comintern, the Cheka (the All-Russia Extraordinary Commission to Combat Counter-revolution and Sabotage).
