Аннотация

Показывается, что повсеместное распространение информационных технологий актуализирует проблему перехода к автоматизированному анализу “цифровых следов” в интернете, представленных в текстовых форматах. Раскрывается, как такого рода анализ используется для выявления разнообразных психологических свойств и состояний человека (отдельных социальных групп и общества, в целом). Отмечается, что при развитии технологий анализа “цифровых следов” проявляются две основные тенденции. Первая из них применяется при обработке объективных данных информационного плана. Это полезно для соотнесения последних с психологическими характеристиками пользователей. Вторая – непосредственно связана с поиском субъективной (психологической) информации, что требует использования трудоемких информационных и психологических процедур. В качестве примеров подобного рода исследований приводятся такие работы, как: анализ динамики наиболее актуальных проблем в психологической науке и в повседневном общении ученых или пользователей социальных сетей; выявление психологических характеристик личности и гендерных особенностей; прогнозирование поведенческих эффектов (результатов экзамена или новой тематики в психологии) и т.д. Рассматриваются случаи использования информационных технологий анализа в различных областях психологии –  экономической, юридической, клинической, а также в психологии управления, труда, искусства,  СМИ и др.

Предполагается, что проведенный анализ зарубежных исследований будет полезен для развития отечественной психологии, а изучение “цифровых следов” в психологии можно частично квалифицировать как “смену парадигм” эмпирического изучения социальных явлений (со своими преимуществами и проблемами). Кроме того, автоматизированные методы могут играть важную роль в обнаружении макропсихологических закономерностей развития общества, в частности, привыявлении связей между массовыми психологическими характеристиками населения и сложившимися социально-экономическими условиями развития конкретного общества.
