Эмоциональная регуляция: факторы ее развития и связанные с ней виды поведения

Аннотация

Проведены информационно-аналитический обзор литературы и теоретический анализ исследований эмоциональной регуляции человека. Описаны основные этапы развития эмоциональной регуляции, общие направления изменений, происходящих в онтогенезе. Рассматриваются внешние и внутренние факторы, влияющие на становление эмоциональной регуляции. В качестве внутренних факторов рассматриваются темперамент и исполнительные функции, в качестве внешних ― отношение родителей к детям, стиль воспитания в семье, способы саморегуляции родителей. Отдельно рассмотрены области исследований, тесно примыкающие к изучению эмоциональной регуляции: просоциальное поведение и его связь с эмоциональной регуляцией и эмоциональным интеллектом.
