Combating corruption is one of the strategic directions of cooperation between the countries of the Eurasian region which has an noticeable impact on the process of interstate integration. Its dynamics leads to the formulation and solution of a number of scientific and practical issues, among which an important place is occupied by understanding the new challenges of corruption, which faced almost all the countries of the Eurasian region, as well as the search for adequate responses to them. The conclusion of the article about the need to develop not only new tactical decisions, but also qualitatively different approaches to the problem of combating corruption is based on the analysis of transformations of corruption. It is proposed to consider this problem in relation to the rule of law, which leaves no opportunity for the realization of corruption practices. This view significantly helps to adjust the strategy and tactics of the fight against corruption at the national and international levels. In this connection the well-known legal mechanisms for counteraction of corruption such as anticorruption legislation, law enforcement, legal education and legal technologies to combat this social phenomenon, such as the anticorruption expertise of normative legal acts, legal monitoring, etc. are investigated. Wherein the impact of the Eurasian process integration on the activity of states in the fight against corruption is highlighted, the appropriateness of the unification of legal solutions they have adopted and other measures for the further rapprochement of the countries of the Eurasian region are proved.
