Abstract

The article discusses the problems and social consequences of state property privatization in Russia. The stages of institutional changes concerning property relations are considered. The article shows that the mixed economy develops within the framework of the “power-ownership” system. This significantly reduces the independence of entrepreneurs, limits their investment activity in Russia.
