Abstract

In the article validates the relevance of historical-political analysis and, its offering new periodization is and a new look at the “Third Ukrainian Republic (1991–2000)”, as the latest example of a big national state building in Europe. It is necessary to lean from the experience of the Ukraine state building during those years in order to avoid the mistakes which had led to the most large scale and acute crisis in Europe after the World War II.
