Аннотация

В статье на основе анализа научных публикаций представлена систематизация институтов долевой экономики в мировом экономическом пространстве. Выявленные институты были разделены на когнитивные, поддерживающие, регулятивные. Показано, что объектом исследования в данных публикациях являются как факторы, характеризующие неформальные институты, в частности – доверие, репутация и различные социально-психологические характеристики поведения пользователей, – так и формальные, включающие трудовое и налоговое законодательство, а также регулирование на уровне города. Для выявления пробелов институционального обеспечения описываемые нормы и правила распределены по уровням их возникновения.
