Abstract

The article considers the main factors that are crucial for predicting the de-velopment of the rural areas and of the agro-industrial complex infrastruc-ture. The measures taken by the federal government on these issues are scru-tinized, proceeding from the need to use non-financial methods of state sup-port for small rural businesses and based on the strategic vision of intersec-toral interaction.
