Германский вопрос 1945–1990-х годов в англо-американской историографии: основные аспекты изучения проблемы

Аннотация

Осмысление (и переосмысление после объединения Германии в 1990 г.) процесса эволюции германского вопроса, в частности его основных составляющих, является важной научной задачей. Истоки современного могущества ФРГ, ее стремления утвердиться в положении мировой державы, формировались в 1945–1990 гг. при активном участии США и Великобритании. Поэтому оценка исследователями из этих стран развития германского вопроса важна для его понимания. Изучение заявленной проблемы способствует всестороннему анализу послевоенной международной политики Великобритании и США, а также их современных взаимоотношений с ФРГ.

Особое внимание к германскому вопросу в публикациях Великобритании и США проявлялось на этапах его качественной трансформации: создание ФРГ, ее перевооружение, реализация Новой восточной политики, а также воссоединение Германии. Каждое из этих событий требовало оперативной реакции со стороны научно-экспертного сообщества, выработки оптимальной модели внешнеполитического реагирования, а также предоставления ее теоретического обоснования общественным и политическим кругам. 

Англо-американская историография германского вопроса ранее не являлась объектом специального исследования российских историков. Целью данной статьи является анализ основных аспектов изучения послевоенной германской проблемы в работах британских и американских исследователей.

В статье определены четыре ключевых аспекта германского вопроса, вокруг которых концентрировалось изучение проблемы в Великобритании и США.

Историографическое ядро составили работы, посвященные анализу денацификации, ремилитаризации ФРГ, Новой восточной политики, а также объединения Германии и его последствий. Изучение каждого из этих аспектов представлялось важным и актуальным для определения дальнейшей внешнеполитической стратегии стран Запада в Европе, главным образом в отношении ФРГ и СССР. Проанализировано изменение подходов к оценке каждого из аспектов на протяжении послевоенного периода. Особое внимание уделено выявлению и изучению устойчивых геополитических моделей, которые сопровождали восприятие германского вопроса со стороны академического и экспертного сообщества Великобритании и США: концепциям «финляндизации» и «Срединной Европы», а также «комплексу Рапалло».
