3	The monograph Relevant Tasks of Energy Law edited by V.V. Romanova, LL.D., Professor, is devoted to the relevant tasks of energy industry legal regulation. The paper examines current trends in the fuel and energy complex legal regulation within the conditions of economic sanctions, promising areas of the use of digital technologies in the energy industry, problematic aspects of the legal regulation of the climate agenda in the Russian Federation and abroad, the objectives of the oil and gas complex legal regulation, trends in the development of contractual regulation in the energy industry, the objectives of legal regulation of corporate governance in energy companies, and draws conclusions on the further formation of the energy law order for ensuring energy security. The monograph is prepared on the basis of modern laws, analysis of law enforcement practices, and foreign experience in legal regulation. The monograph can be useful for researchers, practicing lawyers, civil servants, representatives of the judicial community, specialists in energy industry and anyone interested in the problems of energy industry legal regulation.
