1 Dear conference participants!
2 The scientific and practical conference Energy Transition, LowCarbon Energy Industry, Energy Security: Legal Support Problems. The View of the State, Science and Business has taken place within the Russian Energy Week 2021 International Forum.
3 In view of a complicated epidemiological situation, the conference has taken place in the format of publications, however, the participants have still brought up for discussion a lot of relevant issues inter alia challenging aspects of the legal support of energy security including safety of FEC facilities, circulation of carbon units, hydrogen energy industry, FEC digitalization and many others.
4 Each subject is worth further elaboration, so constructive cooperation between the state, science and business becomes especially important.
5 The key speakers at the event have singled out the following subjects as priority ones:
