1 An international scientific and practical conference Musin Readings. 2021. Actual Issues of Energy Law took place on April 9, 2021, within the framework of the Moscow Legal Forum. Russian and foreign scientists, practitioners, specialists from energy companies, government agencies, representatives of public organizations, postgraduate and degree-seeking students attended the conference. The event was organized by the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL), the Association of Lawyers of Russia, Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization V.A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science, Gazprom VNII GAZ, LLC, Yurist publishing group.
2 Viktoriya Romanova, moderator of the conference, Doctor of Law, Head of the Department of Energy Law of the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL), Director of the Center for Energy Law of the SPbSEU, Director for Research of the V.A. Musin Research Center, opened the conference and noted active participation of the event organizers and attendees in the event preparation, results of the work carried out since the Musin Readings 2020, thanked Gazprom, PJSC, for the assistance in the development of energy law and the modern legal science, support in the preservation and development of the V.A. Musin’s scientific heritage.
3 Maksim Nedzvetskiy, General Director of Gazprom VNIIGAZ, LLC, sent a welcome address to the event participants.
4 The participants of the Musin Readings 2021 were welcomed by Vladimir Pligin, CoChairman of the Association of Lawyers of Russia.
