Dear colleagues,
2 This year, the international applied research journal Energy Law Forum celebrates its 5th anniversary.
3 A vast amount of work has been carried out during the period. The journal has become a platform for discussions and sharing experience regarding topical issues of energy law. Particular attention is paid to the quality and actual importance of the materials published. That is why both famous lawyers and legal practitioners and young researchers publish their researches in the journal covering various aspects of legal regulation in the field of energy.
4 Editor-in-Chief, Viktoriya V. Romanova, Doctor of Law, the editorial board, and the editorial collegium (which include famous Russian and foreign lawyer researchers) are the key to the journal’s success. The listing of the journal in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) and the High Attestation Commission’s list of periodicals, as well as several awards testify to recognition of the high level of the journal.
5 I take this opportunity and express my sincere gratitude and acknowledgment to Viktoriya V. Romanova, the editorial board, and the editorial collegium for having set up and developed the journal and wish you fruitful work in the future.
