Новые повороты  Инициативы Пояс и путь  в Латинской Америке

Целью данной статьи является выявление особенностей и новых аспектов в реализации китайской Инициативы «Пояс и путь» (ИПП) в Латинской Америке. Для достижения поставленной цели автор решает ряд вспомогательных задач: указываются причины заинтересованности латиноамериканских стран в участии в ИПП, рассматривается состояние ее основных проектов в регионе, анализируются трудности, возникающие на пути ИПП, характеризуются новые подходы Пекина к механизмам их преодоления. Вывод автора состоит в том, что, несмотря на все сложности, идея и практика ИПП будут востребованы в странах Латинской Америки, хотя бы в среднесрочной перспективе. Этому способствуют такие факторы, как расширение сфер взаимодействия в высокотехнологичных отраслях, известных как «новая инфраструктура»; рост стратегических потребностей КНР в ресурсах; распространение ареала ИПП на страны Латинской Америки; влияние пандемии COVID-19, повлекшее за собой рост международного значения Китая как поставщика вакцин и медицинской экспертизы; активизация практики создания совместных предприятий и ряд других.
