Regional system of the Caribbean states

This article analyzes 13 Caribbean states’ trade and economic indicators, as well as the level of their military and political relations, which show the degree of systemic nature of relations between selected states. In addition, the article presents an attempt to determine the geopolitical potential of countries using the model of geopolitical status, in order to identify the regional leader. The author proposes several options for regional leadership, each of which affects the level of systemic relations of the Caribbean basin.
