Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of Mexican animation from the standpoint of the use of ethnic art culture. The main attention is focused on the fantastic images of Mexican and ancient Mexican artistic tradition in comparison with Hollywood cinematic images. For example, a particular Mexican films-anime recent years can be traced to the national nature of these images. The experience of Mexican animation confirms the importance of ethnocultural component in the cinematic art of different countries, including Russia.
