Abstract

The article substantiates the judgment that the ideology has changed and essence of legal relations between the state – society – man have changed. Under the influence of a number of norms of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, a fundamentally different system of public relations regulated by Administrative Law has been formed. The updated Constitution of the Russian Federation outlined new guidelines for the development of administrative law in general and administrative-legal relations in particular. This makes it necessary a discussion on the influence of the Constitution of the Russian Federation on the formation of administrative and legal relations.
