Modern doctrinal approaches to the essence, meaning, problem field of the process and the result of changes in legislation found creative refraction during the discussion. Comprehension of the technique and technology of transformation of legislation as an integral phenomenon is especially relevant in connection with the intensive growth of the volume of national legislation, the active legitimization of the existence of society, the emergence of new spheres of application of human forces.
