Abstract

The article describes the existing acts related to artificial intelligence in the Russian Federation. In the course of the study, it was determined and revealed which legal acts in the domestic legislation are devoted to the declared topic, and a comparative analysis of foreign legislation was carried out. As a result of the research, the author comes to the conclusion that, as such, there is a lack of a sufficient number of regulatory legal acts regulating the field of artificial intelligence in Russian Federation. The author considers it necessary to create a multi-level hierarchical system, the task of which at each level is to regulate the range of relations affecting the field of artificial intelligence and robotics, both in general and taking into account the specifics of its application, depending on the type of activity.
