Abstract

The article is devoted to legal forecasting as a direction of scientific activity that contributes to the improvement of all component parts of the legal system. The systematic research of the directions of modernization of bases of formation of strategy of legal policy and regulatory framework in their indissoluble connection with right education, law-making, lawmaking, right realization, law enforcement gives to legal forecasting the status of driving force of steady law and order. Noting the significance of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of November 8, 2021 No. 633 “On Approval of the Fundamentals of State Policy in the Field of Strategic Planning in the Russian Federation”, the author of the article justifies the need to include in the field of strategic planning the modernization of the legal regulation of public relations and to give the process of legal forecasting and planning of legislative activities the proper organizational form.
